Club Curriculum

Does your club have a core philosophy on how it wants its teams to play? Is it articulated in a professional, written document for your coaches to use and follow?

If your club doesn’t have a curriculum, it’s not providing the best possible service to its players and coaches.

Let Coach Liam Flynn help your club develop its own unique Club Curriculum which will ensure players and coaches are working from a shared philosophy towards a common goal.

The process of building a Club Curriculum is extensive and meticulous. Liam will first meet with your key officials to understand your club’s core values and objectives. He then uses this information to develop a distinctive ‘style of play’ for your club, which is then the basis for the Club Curriculum.

The Club Curriculum document is complete with philosophy, descriptions, teaching points and verbal cues. All players and coaches will be using the same language and terminology throughout the club.

The Club Curriculum covers all components of the game – Individual Offence, Team Offence, Individual Defence, Team Defence. Each component is carefully broken down by age group so that concepts are introduced at the younger age groups, refined at the middle age groups, and mastered at the older age groups.
